We're happy to process a return for a full refund for any unused and unworn items still in their original packaging within 60 days of the shipment date. (Exceptions do apply, and will be indicated on product pages.)
Unfortunately, we cannot process requests for refunds or exchanges after this time period.
Simply follow the prompts in your order confirmation email or Account page to reach the Returns Portal. From there, returning Goods is a breeze. Follow the step-by-step instructions, and you'll receive a shipping label to send the item(s) back for exchange or a refund.
We’ll apply your refund to your original form of payment. If the item being returned has been marked as a gift, however, we'll offer you a form of store credit to pick out another one of our awesome Goods.
Please keep in mind that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a final refund amount consists of the selling price of the item and any relevant sales tax, less the price of the return shipping. Initial shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Goods marked as “Oversized” or “Return to Supplier” on product pages may be subject to exceptional return policies. Please contact Airstream Supply Company Customer Service for further instructions so we can get you taken care of.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in your order, Airstream Supply Company Customer Service will make every effort to replace the item promptly. After contacting Customer Service, you will receive shipping instructions and next steps.
The following items are ineligible for return or exchange and should be considered final sale unless otherwise noted: sale items, items within personal care or hygiene categories, hazardous liquids or gases, and gift cards.
