It's a snap to make cracking, seared stir fry and hibachi when you pop the Plancha Top onto the MAGMA Crossover Series Single or Double Firebox (sold separately).
The Plancha Top is crafted from oil-coated steel with searing center heat to cook foods hot and fast, minimizing the need for oil. Slide any excess grease through the opening into the Firebox grease containment system. A steel base prevents heat distortion to maintain a snug fit with the Firebox.
Going out to eat has an entirely different meaning when you can prepare such elevated fare wherever your Airstream takes you. And the MAGMA Plancha Top is a decision about which you'll have zero reservations.
