When we were tasked with creating our shipping policy, we thought a lot about what’s most important – the speed of delivery, or the safety of your order? After some long talks, we decided that speed and quality handling don’t have to be mutually exclusive. So we partnered with the best shipping carriers in the U.S. to get your goods to you on-time and in one pristine piece. Enjoy.

Shipping Times

Orders placed on business days before 2 p.m. EST:
Every effort will be made to ship your order within one business day (excluding Holidays).
*Expedited orders can be shipped same day if received before 1pm EST

Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST, on a weekend, or on a bank holiday:
Every effort will be made to ship your order within the following two business days. 

Oversized + Select Items

Because we work with many partners across the country and around the world, many of the items available on Airstream Supply Company ship directly from the warehouses of our partner brands. These items – including custom-made items like mattress and teak shower mats – are subject to longer processing times and additional shipping fees.

Flat Fees

Standard Items

<1lb: Economy Shipping 5-8 Days- $5
Anything over 1lb but less than $150 (post discount cart total): Economy Shipping 5-8 Days- $10
Orders over $150 (post discount cart total): Economy Shipping 5-8 Days- FREE

*Shipping to Alaska + Hawaii - $20 (flat-rate, economy shipping)

Oversized Items
Some items are noted as oversized and are require additional shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Chemicals
Chemicals are not included in our free economy shipping on orders over $150. Chemicals can only ship via ground and shipping fees will be calculated based on your ship to location. 

International Shipping
International shipping is available to select destinations and subject to separate shipping fees. Any customs, duties, ad and/or broker fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Other Shipping Notes

For orders over $350, a signature will be required upon delivery.
