Returns Policy

We love all of the Goods we sell at Airstream Supply Company, and we hope you do, too. But if something just wasn’t what you were looking for this time around, no worries. We've made our returns process simple.

 

What Can I Return?

We're happy to process a return for a refund for any unused and unworn items still in their original packaging within 60 days of the shipment date. (Exceptions do apply, and will be indicated on product pages.)

Unfortunately, we cannot process requests for refunds or exchanges after this time period.


How Do I Make a Return?

Simply follow the prompts in your order confirmation email or you can access our Returns Portal. Follow the step-by-step instructions, and you'll receive a shipping label to send the item(s) back for exchange or a refund. Please contact our Customer Service team for any help processing your return. 


How Will My Refund Be Applied?

We’ll apply your refund to your original form of payment. Your refund will be completed once we receive your item back to our warehouse. If the item being returned has been marked as a gift, however, we'll offer you a form of store credit to pick out another one of our awesome Goods.


Deductions

Please keep in mind that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a final refund amount consists of the selling price of the item and any relevant sales tax, less the price of the return shipping. Initial shipping fees cannot be refunded.


Oversized Items

Goods marked as “Oversized” on product pages may be subject to exceptional return policies. Please contact Airstream Supply Company Customer Service for further instructions so we can get you taken care of.


Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in your order, please visit our returns portal and upload a photo of your damaged item. You can pick between refund for a full refund to your original payment method or exchange to replace your item with a brand new un-damaged item. 


Received the Wrong Item

If you receive a different item than what you ordered, please visit our returns portal and upload a photo of your wrong item for us the verify. You can pick between refund for a full refund to your original payment method or exchange to replace your item with the correct item. 


Ineligible Items

The following items are ineligible for return or exchange and should be considered final sale unless otherwise noted: mattresses, memory foam toppers, sheets, mattress pads, mattress encasements, curtains, clearance sale items, items within personal care or hygiene categories, hazardous liquids or gases, food, and gift cards. Any clearance sale apparel items we are happy to help you exchange for a different size (if available).
