We work hard to get your Airstream parts to you as quickly as possible. Shipping time depends on where the item is located at the time of your order.

General Notes

• Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude holidays.
• If your order contains multiple parts, they may ship separately based on availability.
• You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your item ships.

Domestic US Shipping

• Orders under $150 have a $10 flat rate fee per warehouse location. The maximum shipping fee will be $20 based on our two warehouse locations. (USPS or UPS)
• Orders over $150 (post discount cart total) quality for free Economy Shipping (USPS or UPS) 5-8 Days

Outlying US Shipping (Alaska + Hawaii)

• No free shipping over $150 available
• You will be charged a flat rate fee per vendor location

Canada + International

(Including Puerto Rico)

• Free shipping is not available
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using our negotiated carrier rates
• Duties and taxes are not prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer

Once your order has shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier selected. While we will always do our best to help if issues arise, delays during transit are outside of our control. Once your order left our warehouse, delivery times are handled by the carrier and may be subject to delays outside of our control.

US Orders

• UPS Ground (~3-7 business days)
• USPS Ground Advantage (~4-7 business days)

Canada Orders

• USPS International First Class (~9-21 business days)
• USPS International Priority (~8-12 business days)
• Fedex International Connect Plus (~ 4 business days)
• Currently not offering UPS as duties and customs are not prepaid, please contact customer service if you would like to ship UPS

International Orders

• UPS Standard (~4-9 business days)

In-Stock Items (Ships from Our Warehouse)

• If the part is currently in stock at our warehouse, your order will ship within 2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Parts Requiring Pickup From the Airstream Parts Warehouse

• Some parts need to be picked up from Airstream’s main parts warehouse before shipping. These items may take up to 7 days to ship out.
• Other parts need to be special ordered from our suppliers. These parts can take 4-5 weeks to ship out.
• Once the part has been received and processed, it will ship immediately and you’ll receive tracking information.

We're happy to process a return for a full refund for any unused, uninstalled and unworn items still in their original packaging within 60 days of the shipment date. Unfortunately, we cannot process requests for refunds or exchanges after this time period.

You are responsible for return shipping fees for any returns or exchanges.
