Our new air vents work great, and look great!!

An excellent upgrade. Easy to install (I installed 10 in about 90 minutes). Of course, since every Airstream is “unique” (this really means varying degrees of quality on such things as the original holes cut and fasteners installed) yoyr experience may vary. They look much better than the originals despite being made of plastic. You definitely will need the screws sold separately (it’s quite annoying that these are not simply included and the price adjusted accordingly). You probably can find the screws cheaper somewhere else, but it’s probably not worth the additional time, uncertainty and gas going there.

Replacing the factory installed old style air devices with the new 2026 version was the first upgrade we performed on our new 2025 Flying Cloud 30 RBQ. The installation was easy and the cost was substantially less expensive than the Airkrafters erPOD replacement air devices we had installed in our previous Airstream.

I replaced the stock air vents with the updated registers. They function much better than the stock ones and look better too. I couldn't bring myself to install those aftermarket cone/funnel registers, they may deliver more air flow (but only if others are choked down) and they look like ****!
I'm assuming that Airstream engineering calculated air flow so that the system is designed to deliver maximum CFM at 50% open for all registers. Those funnel ones can be opened 100%, I assume if all registers were at 100% it could not deliver anymore CFM than the Airstream registers at 50%.

Completely improved airflow

Easy to install and recently ran into some extremely hot weather and AC is being run continuously. We have a 19’ Tommy Bahama and with new registers we can feel the air no matter where we’re at in trailer.

5 vents are fine and one just continually spins when the air blows thru it. You cannot direct the air. Also I was 2 screws short and ended up at Ace hardware only to discover their screws are not ss so likely will rust over time. Blehhhj

Well made, a huge improvement over OEM.

Much better than the original bents and much more economical than the airkrafters.

Great product at a reasonable price. After testing airflow before and after replacement there was more than double the airflow. Very satisfied with our purchase.

What a difference from the original vents. Wish i would have changed them sooner. The airflow has increased and you can really feel the difference.

Wow- such a simple upgrade that made a huge difference. First, they just plain look better. Yes, they are made of plastic but they really look better. Air Flow. Wow, what an improvement - you can tell a real difference. Totally worth the investment and install

Really love these - so much more air flows out of them than the standard airstream vents!

Easy to install, looks great, puts out much more air than stock.

Significant upgrade that could be better. I'd pay a few bucks more to metal grill rather than the plastic one. I am ok with the dampers being plastic. I think cost were cut in the wrong place. Overall, however a significant upgrade over my legacy register vent.

FYI the holes that were cut were not smooth .The duct work was also rough and needed to be trimmed
To me this indicates poor quality control. I would hope that someone would inspect the holes after they were cut ,

I have cut at least 25 holes in a metal ceiling to install pancake lights . I used a 6” and 8” hole blade and they were uniform with no jagged edges .

Haven’t turned on the ac yet, but vents look to provide much improved airflow.

Vents

Love the new vents! Easy to install - had all six ready to go in a ver short time period. Riveted them in so the site nice and tight to the skins. Easily adjustable and really look forward to some warm weather so I can feel the cool air flowing!

These new vent covers are a game changer in both appearance and functionality. Don’t wait just do it.!

Nice upgrade to improve airflow from the ducted AC/Heat system and they look great, too.
