Tern Bikes are shipped to a local dealer or mechanic to be assembled. Before purchasing, please select the best location to arrange for pickup.


Typical pick-up time is 2-3 weeks from order date. These dates are not guaranteed. Depending on our local dealers response time, current workload and transit times your E-Bike could take an additional few weeks.

All Airstream x Tern E-Bikes have only a 30 day return window. All bicycles must be in new, original packaging, and in resellable condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for return shipping and re-packaging.
