Once your order has shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier selected. While we will always do our best to help if issues arise, delays during transit are outside of our control. Once your order left our warehouse, delivery times are handled by the carrier and may be subject to delays outside of our control.

• Fedex International Connect Plus (~ 4 business days)
• Currently not offering UPS as duties and customs are not prepaid, please contact customer service if you would like to ship UPS

International Orders for Oversized Items

• UPS Standard (~4-9 business days)

In-Stock Items (Ships from Our Warehouse)

• If the part is currently in stock at our warehouse, your order will ship within 2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Parts Requiring Pickup From the Airstream Parts Warehouse

• Some parts need to be picked up from Airstream’s main parts warehouse before shipping.
• These items may take up to 7 days to ship out.
• Once the part has been received and processed, it will ship immediately and you’ll receive tracking information.
