Airstream segmentQUILT™ Protective Rock Guard Covering

Give your Airstream’s iconic stainless steel rock guards an added layer of protection with segmentQUILT™ from Airkrafters.

The segmentQuilt is manufactured with a premium, dual-layer EVA foam covering that's engineered to shield against road debris, scuffs, and everyday travel wear. Designed by our friends at Airkrafters and built with a proprietary 3M peel-and-stick adhesive, each panel adheres securely to your existing segment guards to help prevent new damage or refresh the look of guards that have already seen some miles.

Each segmentQUILT™ panel is crafted from high-quality marine-grade material originally developed for yacht decking applications. This durable substrate stands up to tar, road oils, organic buildup, and the constant abrasion of highway travel. Advanced CNC machining and laser etching deliver precise patterns, contours, and clean edges for a professional, tailored appearance that complements the polished aluminum of your Airstream.

Installation and removal are simple DIY processes, requiring no special tools. Just peel, position, and press into place for long-lasting protection.

Designed to fit full-height segment guards on Model Year 2000 and newer Airstream travel trailers, the complete kit includes four panels—two uppers and two lowers—to cover both the streetside and curbside rock guards on your Airstream trailer.

Fitment Note for Airstream Classic Models:

Most Classic models accept this kit without modification. Some may require a small trim (2–4mm) to the bottom edge of the upper panels due to rub rail placement variations. This adjustment is straightforward, and we’re happy to guide you through it if needed.
