All custom mattresses and memory foam toppers are made to order. Please allow 4-5 weeks from order placement for delivery. Due to the custom nature of this item, this is non-refundable.

Please note, mattresses and memory foam toppers can only ship to the US + Canada

Note on Mattresses:

Please note that mattresses MUST be removed from their packaging within 2 weeks of receiving. Mattress quality is not guaranteed if stored in the box for more than 2 weeks. The 5 year warranty does not cover any mattresses that have been sitting in their packaging. Contact customer service for questions regarding the limited 5 year warranty.

Shipping Carrier

Once your order has shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier selected. While we will always do our best to help if issues arise, delays during transit are outside of our control. Once your order left our warehouse, delivery times are handled by the carrier and may be subject to delays outside of our control.

This product is made to order to fit your Airstream. Due to the custom nature of this product we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except for a manufacturer defect.
