Help, I am Missing Items from My Package

Before contacting Customer Service, please check to see if you have additional shipments still on the way.

Because we work with multiple warehouses and vendor partners across the country, your order may ship in more than one package. In many cases, the item you are missing is shipping from a different location than the package you just received.

 

Follow these steps to check if you have more shipments on the way:

    1. Click the person icon in the top right corner of your screen on Airstream Supply Company's homepage.
    2. Log in using the email address you used to place your order.
    3. You will be emailed a 6-digit code. Enter that code to log in.
    4. Your “Orders” page should automatically appear.
    5. Find the order you have a question about and click on it.
    6. This will open your order details and show which items are shipping together, along with tracking information on each package.
    7. Double check that the item you believe is missing is not already on its way in another shipment.

In this example you can see the items have been split into two packages. One package was shipped via USPS and the other is still outstanding. 

 

If all items show as delivered and you are still missing something, please contact Customer Service and include your order number and the item you believe is missing.
