Shipping + Delivery

When we were tasked with creating our shipping policy, we thought a lot about what’s most important – the speed of delivery, or the safety of your order? After some long talks, we decided that speed and quality handling don’t have to be mutually exclusive. So we partnered with the best shipping carriers in the U.S. to get your goods to you on-time and in one pristine piece. Enjoy.

 

Shipping Times

Because we work with many partners across the country and around the world, many of the items available on Airstream Supply Company ship directly from the warehouses of our partner brands. As a result, shipping times can vary. No worries, for specific shipping details, we recommend clicking on the Shipping FAQ section found on the product page. Simply scroll down to the bottom section on the item’s page you wish to purchase for more detailed shipping information.


Domestic US Shipping

Standard Size/Weight Items

  • Orders under $150 have a $10 flat rate fee per warehouse location. The maximum shipping fee will be $20 based on our two warehouse locations. (USPS or UPS)
  • Orders over $150 (post discount cart total) quality for free Economy Shipping* (USPS or UPS) 5-8 Days (Oversized shipping excluded, please see oversized shipping for more information)

Oversized Items

  • Large or heavy oversized items will incur additional shipping fees, calculated at checkout based on your location
  • These items still count toward your free shipping threshold but will include an added surcharge

Chemicals

  • Not eligible for free shipping
  • Ship via ground services only (USPS or UPS)
  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination



Outlying US Shipping (Alaska + Hawaii)

Standard Size/Weight Items

  • No free shipping over $150 available
  • You will be charged a flat rate fee per vendor location

Oversized Items

  • Additional fees apply and are calculated at checkout

Chemicals

  • Cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii

 

Canada + International

(Including Puerto Rico)

  • Free shipping is not available
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using our negotiated carrier rates
  • UPS, USPS, or FedEx- depending on the warehouse
  • Duties and taxes are not prepaid and are the responsibility of the customer
