Installation & Setup Instructions for Roof Locker Organization by Airworthy Equipment Company

Choose Your Roof Locker Size

Select the baseplate size (s) that best fits the space inside your roof locker.

Assemble the Bottom Baseplate

Take advantage of the modular design—secure the baseplate with the included bolts to fit your specific space.

Each baseplate contains two bottom support plates with teeth. The smaller plate will sit against the back edge of your roof locker. This plate allows the main baseplate to be adjusted forward and backward for a perfect fit within your locker. The larger support plate can be used with either the teeth facing in or out. These teeth are designed to fit around the interior brackets found in some models such as International and Caravel. If your roof locker does not have any interior brackets, we recommend keeping the flat side facing out for a smooth even finish.

Images above showing the brackets found in some models. Your bottom baseplate should have teeth facing out to go around the bracket.

Set up with teeth facing in for all trailers with no interior brackets

Add Top Layer Baseplate

Once you have the bottom layer set, position the main baseplate on top. You may need to adjust each of the plates forwards or backwards to help fill the roof locker space. Once the perfect fit has been found, install each of the four bolts and barrel nuts to secure the fit.

Connect Multiple Baseplates (If Needed)

When using two baseplates, attach a connector at both the top and bottom to lock them together securely.

Add Dividers

Position the dividers wherever you’d like to customize your storage layout.
