Promos, Discounts and Gift Card Redemption

Help my code isn't working!

If your promo code isn’t working, first make sure you’re using a valid code. Capitalization doesn’t matter, but spelling does. Keep in mind that codes can expire and are only valid for certain timeframes. Some codes also only apply to specific products or categories, so if the item in your cart isn’t eligible, the code won’t apply.

Sometimes, we limit certain coupon codes to specific customers. This means you need to be logged in to use the code at checkout. Make sure you try logging in first to see if the code applies to your account. For help logging in, please view this article.

Can I combine codes?

In most cases, promo codes cannot be combined. Occasionally, during holiday or special promotions, we allow multiple codes to be used for different items—but these are the exception rather than the rule.

B2B/Wholesale Customers

If you’re a wholesale customer, storewide discounts and promotional codes are not included with your pricing. These special offers are reserved for our retail customers only.

Redemption

Discounts and Gift cards are input in the discount code section of our website. 

Please note: only 3 gift cards are allowed per order
