Where is My Package?

We know you're excited to receive your order, and we understand it can be concerning when it seems like it is taking longer than expected.

Many of the products we offer are custom made specifically for your Airstream. Because customers select their trailer model, year, floorplan, fabric, color, style, and other options, many items are not sitting on a shelf ready to ship. Instead, they are made to order after the order is placed.

Why Hasn't My Order Shipped Yet?

For made-to-order items, production begins once your order is submitted. Our team and manufacturing partners use the information you selected to create a product tailored specifically to your trailer.

This process can take additional time because:

• Your item is being made specifically for your trailer model and floorplan
• Materials such as fabric, color, or trim are selected based on your order
• Some products are handcrafted or sewn to order
• Certain items may require multiple production steps before they are ready to ship

Because of this, some products may have longer lead times than customers expect.

How Do I Know the Lead Time?

Estimated lead times are listed on each product page. These estimates reflect the time needed to make your item before it ships.

Please note:

• Lead times refer to production time, not shipping time
• Shipping time begins after your order has been completed and leaves our warehouse
• If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order items, your shipment will be split into multiple shipments to ship in-stock items now

I Have Tracking, But It Hasn't Moved

Once a shipping label is created, tracking may take 24–48 business hours to update. In some cases, carriers do not scan a package until it reaches the next facility.

If it has been more than 3 business days since your tracking number was sent and there has been no movement, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it.
